Shipping Policy
We only ship within the continental USA.

Shipping Cost
Shipping is calculated by carrier. Expedited shipping is available and rates vary by selection.

Orders over $100 are eligible for free standard shipping using code FREESHIPPING.  

Order Processing and Shipping Time
Our standard processing time is up to 3 business days. See the shipping method for best estimate on shipping time (usually within 8 business days).

Return Policy
We accept returns within 21 days of delivery date for store credit. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unused condition with intact tags and labels.

Returns are handled by emailing us at graciejamesclothingco@gmail.com. Please include your order number and all relevant details.

Exceptions
Additionally, the following items are not eligible for returns: jewelry and accessories; items purchased on sale, promotion, or discount; items purchased with any amount of store credit.
